Refund policy

Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.  However, wrong/incorrect items sent from us, we do make an exception with a 3-day grace period after your order is marked as "Delivered" to message us. (please see damages & issues below)

 Any other exceptions will be made at our sole discretion. Additionally, we cannot accept returns on sale items and gift cards. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Cancellation Policy

We do not allow cancellation of any orders. Please make sure you are purchasing only products desired. We will only cancel & refund your order if we unable to complete it, such as printer not working or item out of stock. 

In most cases, you can always message me for any questions or concerns. 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us within 3-days starting the day after your order is marked as "delivered" if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong/incorrect item ordered, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. (Examples: Name spelled incorrectly on cup, wrong size shirt, incorrect transfer, wrong color rosary etc.)

Please see our Shipping Policy for additional details on items damaged or lost during shipping. We do not have any control after shipping or during shipping. In most cases the only option would be to file a claim with USPS or UPS if eligible. 


Return Policy:

If an exception is made to accept the return or exchange of your order, the following will apply:

To be eligible for a return/refund/exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, unworn, with tags and in its original packaging. 

KO's Custom Shop will not exchange or refund any products that have signs of wear and tear, or that are not in their original condition. This includes but not limited to misuse or abuse of the product, stains (even if they can wash out), rips, stretched item, discoloration, smelling like smoke/cigarettes/weed etc.

3-day Return Request / 3 Business Day Return Policy

KO's Custom Shop has a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return. If the request is approved, you (the customer) must return the item(s) within 3 business day, meaning the returned packaged item must be scanned & in possession of the shipping carrier 3 business days after your return was approved by us. 

Failure to comply with the requested deadline will result in ineligibility to receive a return, refund, exchange, or store credit. 

If items violate the policy, KO's Custom Shop reserves the right to not exchange, give store credit, or refund.

If an exception is made to accept the return or exchange of your order, please ensure your item(s) meet the criteria before return shipping. When your item arrives to us and is inspected not meeting the criteria we have the right to refuse an exchange, refund, or store credit. You will have to pay shipping to get your returned item back and no refund/exchange/store credit will be given. 

Return Process

To start a return, you can contact us at koscusomshop@gmail.com or message us using our live chat option.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

If your return is accepted, you will be responsible for any and all associated shipping costs to mail back.  We recommend you add tracking on the package for transparency in monitoring shipping. We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in during return shipment. Therefore, we highly recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We also DO NOT refund the shipping fee associated with the order, only the returning item(s).

  • Once product has been received/delivered, please allow up to 5 business days for inspection and processing of item(s).

 

Refund

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.

Shipping costs will not be refunded. Some items have restocking fee, so please read under listings to find those items. Restocking fees will be taken out of total refund. 

    •  If approved, you’ll have three options: to be (1) refunded to the original form of payment, (2) shop credit or having the item(s) replaced and sent back out to you at no additional cost to you (only for incorrect items sent by our end. Examples: Name spelled incorrectly on cup, wrong size shirt, incorrect transfer etc.) 
    • If approved & selected original payment, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10-15 business days after we have refunded on our end. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at koscustomshop@gmail.com.
    • If approved & store credit, store credit will be added to customer account. The total before shipping will be credited to your account. To use store credit, you must log in/checkout with the same email you made the purchase through. 
    • If not approved, the item will be either sent back (customer must pay for shipping) or kept. If not approved, the item either has damages, stains, or not in its original condition (see return policy above for more details). Please do not return an item in used/bad conditions. It cannot be sold. This is a small business trying to make a living.
