Processing Time/Turnaround Time
All orders are processed within 2 to 10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) staring that day after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Our processing time is subject to change during holidays or busy weeks. During those times all orders are processed within 2-15 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) or longer.
Our website banner will have our most accurate turnaround time (TAT )or any times when the shop is closed. If we are experiencing higher than normal order volume it may delay us a few days but we will always reach out via email.
Rush Fee
Orders will be processed in order received, and times may vary depending on volume of pending orders. You can always skip the line by purchasing our "Rush Fee" listing located on our homepage. You can always message me through our live chat to see if a rush fee is needed before adding it to your order.
Shipping
Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Shipping rates and delivery times are subject to change.
Please make sure your address is correct at checkout. After the carrier accepts your package, we are not responsible for delayed, stolen, or lost packages. An additional shipping fee will be accessed to ship any returned packages.
Shipping can take 3-8+ days to arrive depending on which shipping method you selected at checkout. We ship using USPS & UPS. Any delays caused during shipping is out of our control and should be handled through the shipping carrier.
Porch Pick Up
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup in Galveston, Texas. After placing your order and selecting porch pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within our current processing time. We will send you an email when your order is ready for pick up along with pick up instructions. Please wait for a confirmation email before coming to pick up an order.
Our pickup hours are Monday-Sunday: 7am through 11:59pm. If you need to pick up an order between the hours of 12:00am-6:59am, simply message me through or inbox here on our websites live chat.
