This is an add on charge for Rush orders. In order to provide the best customer service and quality products Rush order fees are applied as we work around the clock (even after hours) to ensure orders are completed on time.

We are not responsible for shipping delays, once tracking information is provided it is the responsibility of the customer to reach out to USPS for any shipping delays. If we can be of ANY assistance we will try to accommodate, however we can not guarantee delivery of products. By paying for this additional fee you understand we are only responsible for completing the order and shipping it out within the selected time frame. After the order has been dropped of at UPS or USPS it is out of control and we have completed our responsibility.
